Catch of the Day

Driving home from our game of badminton, we spied a red kite sitting on a roadside fence. Lucky we were close to a lay by, so jumping out of the car grabbing my new long lens from the boot of the car I am chuffed to bits to say that I managed to catch Mr Kite in full low flight with his catch of the day - larger view is nice!

Off for showers and then we have decided to go for a walk seeing as it is such a gloriously pretty day. Traditional Sunday roast tonight
