Remembrance Day Parade

Oswestry always has a big Remembrance Day parade and today was even bigger than usual with around 300 people marching through the town. There was the Porthywaen Silver Band leading it then standard bearers, veterans, dignitaries, organisation reps, cadets, scouts etc. After the Act of Remembrance at the Memorial Gates which was packed with people then to St. Oswald's Church for the service.

This afternoon we went for a lovely walk, it was good to see the autumn colours still looking beautiful.
