Snow emergency!

This snow shut down much of the southern UK in January 2013, and was absolutely beautiful. Colin and I both ended up having to leave work (because clearly snow is an emergency...) so we took advantage of our surprise day off and wandered around Southampton Common in the snow. People were really enjoying it, and the pubs were packed with people thawing out after snowball fights and building snowmen...and snow-other-things, but we won't go there... Love that British sense of humor!
