As it was a decent day I made the effort to get out on the bike, something which I have neglected to do recently. As always though, as soon as I get the pedals turning, I'm glad I got back in the saddle but also on occasions (including this one) annoyed at how much fitness has disappeared in the space of a couple of weeks. However, I did muster up enough oomph to stay out for a couple of hours and catch some sunshine at the coast. This shot was taken at Dysart, looking out to the River Forth.
