After routine tree felling on Monday perhaps Martin wanted to have a larf be creative??!!

Good news: the kitchen painting's finished and looks not atall like our kitchen of a few days' ago.
Bad news: all the pots and pans etc. are back in situ so normal service will be resumed this evening: i.e. cooking.

Even better news: We're off to Hay on Wye tomorrow for a couple of days R'n'R -Rainwear will be necessary I'm told - but there are book shops in Hay; walking boots and waterproofs are packed - Lots of nice places to visit, dinner (cooked by someone else) in the evenings and just generally chilling being dreamed of. I do like being on holiday!
