DERELICT THURSDAY......

... of this run down golf driving range build approximately 10 years back, then had a couple of owners and finally closed to become my shot today... sadly "Derelict"!!!

Positioned in a prime location in Penrith, just near Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club

BUT, when there is hope something good always happens.

While taking my shots, another car pulled up and out jumped two guys and a lady. Cut a long story short, I was about to meet the new owners (from South Korea) and they are about to start resurrecting this to its original glory, and some.

The lady was the Mum, and an ex Pro golfer from South Korea, by name of Julie, their English was not too bad, so asked if I could get a shot of them, and then after the son came over to me and said "do not put us on the net please"!!!

So took awhile for the translation to sink in re Blipping them!!! Oh well, they were surely not derelict so that's fine.
Did get an invite to the opening though which could be fun.

They have a heap of money to be spent as you can see, it is much in need of work. They also plan restaurant and a car wash, and a mini putt putt, so I wish them luck... fourth owner lucky!!

One other item needed to be removed was this lama who some how has made this old building home!!
