The Fort.....again!

Just to put into context the photo of Rodborough Fort that I took the other day

The weather has been so bizarre with absolute torrential rain in the morning followed by lovely afternoons of sun. I had a slightly earlier finish today so Bertie and I hotfooted it up to the fort and took lots of photos before slip sliding down the other side of the hill in all the mud from the last few days of rain. A 3 mile walk from our house onto the common and back down the other side, it makes me feel like I'm doing something good!
