QUIET TIME

In this speed-of-light electronic world, where the accumulated mass of human knowledge is accessible from your cell phone with a couple of strokes or voice commands, where we are bombarded from all sides with a continual flow of information, entertainment and just plain noise, we rarely take the time to curl up in a comfortable chair, in a noiseless room, with a good glass of wine, and a great book, and just relax. Now that is my idea of "quiet time."
