Birdie ballet?

This white breasted nuthatch (I think) is posing on our new bird feeder (replacing the one a bear destroyed in the spring). I see this bird walking down from further up in the tree, then hopping over to the feeder. He usually waits until the blue jays have vacated the area.

Much colder today, and another dusting of snow. Spent the evening grocery shopping. We left late in the afternoon, and didn't get home until midnight, so except for refrigerated items, the rest will get put away in the morning.
