Making pastry

I've been making puff pastry for the Christmas mince pies. So, for Saturday Senses, I can see, feel and taste it (raw pastry is particularly addictive). And I made a lot of noise when I was pounding the butter with the rolling pin! That only leaves smell, but I can imagine the smell of the mince pies when they are made and ready to come out of the oven...
