A misty start to the day, and then it cleared about 10 to reveal some high cloud and a bit of blue sky.

Quick as a flash I was out in the garage checking my bike, and then off for my usual 2 hour jaunt along the coast to West Wemyss. ("Usual" as in the cycle tour I haven't done for weeks.)

It was great. Fresh sea air. Exercise - strenuous but not OTT. Daylight, and sunshine with it.

I suspect I may be walking a bit funny tomorrow - not in peak condition at the moment.

The Blip is the view from the pier at West Wemyss. If you go large, you may get a lobster fisherman on his way back and Edinburgh on the horizon.
