Lights!

I have been trying the Harris shutter effect.  Today, when it was dark and while Ro was in the chip shop getting a quick meal, I took three photos with the camera stabilised on a garden wall.  the cars were moving but the rest was as static as possible.  OK I admit a tripod would have been better......  

I then put them together in Photoshop.

This is a first try!  The technique needs improvement!
