the lovely Ivy and Martha

This picture is a bit of a cheat as I took it on Friday but decided to use it today. We had a great time on Friday with Katy, David and the twins before then headed further south for Liz and James' wedding. The girls are just beautiful and Wilf was very well behaved with the exception of one meltdown when I was holding Martha!

Today has been a quiet one at home. This afternoon I ran 2.5miles to my spinning class then 2 miles back afterwards. It was my first run post marathon. My leg hurt but held up. I've just iced and stretched it so we shall see how it is in the morning.
