Mist, Hobble End

I'd gone out hoping for thick fog, as I had an idea of a shot I wanted to take, but it was more misty than foggy, where I was located. Then, on heading home I drove into a real pea souper, only for it to dissipate almost immediately. In the end I popped down a road called Hobble End Lane, which has this lovely tree and track and there was just the right amount of mist to reveal the gate and fence going into the distance.

Thanks for the response to yesterday's image, another one that just about crawled onto spotlight. Looks like opportunities for sunrises and sunsets may be a bit limited over the next week, if the Countryfile forecast is anything to go by.
