Throw Net Fisherman & Son

Down in the regular spot, waiting for monk seal Kea to show up, we were treated to a variety of other water sports:
This throw net fisherman had his son cast his net first and then showed him again how it was done. The boy's net was blue and his father's was yellow, both blending well in the water for the fishes to ignore. You might be able to make out the line of darker weights along the edge of the net.
Out beyond the rollers was a small diver-down flag and a huge long pair of flippers of someone free diving.
To the right on the waves was a single stand-up-paddler using his paddle to catch the waves.
Met Diane who usually volunteers with seals further down the coast and Margo, overall head of east end.
And Kea - didn't haul out til 10:56 AM (me, long gone).
