Dark dismal looking day but okay out and about. I walked all the way over to the Sporty but my spin class was cancelled. I love it when this happens, cos I get to skive with no guilt feelings.

Walked home the muddy way, could really have done with some wellies. Large

My friend was knocked off her bike again, the third time I know of. I get right annoyed with her and her attitude to the dangers.
