Light and shade

I went into work today to give 2 seminars. Probably silly - but Mr EAnn came and rescued me at lunchtime. And this afternoon I went back to bed and had a solid couple of hours sleep.
Off now at least till after I've been to the fracture clinic on Wednesday.
And now Mr EAnn is away to see Jack White and my friend Jen has my ticket! Disappointed but it's the right thing to do. I'm home with cherries and chocolates and the telly - He deserves the break but I'm gutted to be missing it.
