Bath with a view

Mrs CB and I had the good fortune to visit the E and O [Eastern and Oriental] Hotel here in Penang. A really historic colonial era building, which was one of a chain of hotels in key places on the shipping routes out East [Raffles in Singapore was another] in centuries gone by.
Now up-dated and modernised it's the sort of place to visit if you win the lottery or inherit from an aged aunt [why do we always refer to aunts rather than uncles in this case?]
Anyway, the bathroom of this suite looked out from on high over the sea and the east side of the island, what a view, what an experience...
