New Shoots.

Another wet day today, so the Orchids come to the front of the queue for photos.
I have just brought the Cymbidium Orchid in from the cold - and in about 4 days, this enormous spike arrived. Cannot remember what colour it will be, because it has not flowered for about 2 years,- and this time it was on a promise - flower or else!!
The Phalenopsis orchid in the background is pushing up another flower spike as are a couple of other orchid plants next to it.
