Pumpkin and Orange Jam

I have put some of my 87lb pumpkin to use and made 7 two pound jars of Pumpkin and Orange jam. (It tastes like marmalade)

If you lived locally, I'd gift you a jar!

Tomorrow I plan to make cake and soup.
