What time is it?

This is our Town Hall clock. An unremarkable photo in many ways.

There is however a problem with telling the time in our town.
This photo was taken at 11:51am. The clock however has been stuck at 12:00 for a long time.

No doubt this has been the cause of many missed buses and trains. The local paper blamed the clock when the remembrance parade and 2 minutes silence was mistimed.

To be even handed the Council do have a problem with fixing the clock due to asbestos in the tower.

So time here is stuck at 12:00 for some time yet.
