I am begining to notice a relativity between cooking and time or lack of it, when I feel happy about my work life balance I love cooking and when I don't I don't like cooking. Yesterday it was Italian Meatballs, tonight a Chiken Tikka Massalla from scratch and my first ever attempt at Choclate Truffles (with a little....hum....ok maybe a bit more than a little Baileys) and was thinking what for tomorrow. I switched on the TV and watched Nigel Slater create one of his 'simple suppers'........so guess what we are having tomorrow. Just got to figure where I am going to get Lemons in Brine.........or work around?!
