Christmas Market

On Hamburg's "Sinful Mile" (die Suendige Meile). My daughter is just visiting this market, it is 7.30 PM, cold and foggy there in Germany and she is sending me the funniest and also quite beautiful pictures from Germany, while I am sitting in Reno, where it is 10.30 AM , and the sun is shining on a cold morning.
Some of the booths would be unthinkable in the US, but I think them hilarious. I will
post 2 more of her pics on Flickr and leave you with this intercontinental exchange for once!

PS to avoid confusion:
This market is just about finding a funny gift for x-mas :-) And at this place in Hamburg "everything" is allowed. This is the street(Reeperbahn) behind the harbor, where traditionally the sailors went to the girls after being on the ocean for many weeks, so lots of bars and erotic shops. Now it is one of the amusement areas in Hamburg, with theaters,, discotheques, bars etc. It is the first time I have heard that they organized a Christmas market right there and it must have been a real sensation for Hamburg too. There are these markets in many different areas in Hamburg and they are totally different, more the arts and craft stuff, also gifts to be found and good stuff to eat and drink. A little like Nuernberger Christkindl Market.
