Cabbage the size of a planet!

Today was about unpacking, washing, catching up and processing some of the food we brought back from Norfolk. This red cabbage got prepared, according to a recipe from my German friend's mother, then frozen to keep us going through the winter. 12 portions! I thought I'd better get on with it before the European Space Agency tried to land a probe on it!
