Having had a bad night I had a day feeling poorly and rotten. I must have been bad as I didn’t have anything to eat lunch time and sat on the sofa all day with coffee and TV feeling sorry for myself whilst Ann painted the chimney breast.

To top it off Hull City lost 1-2 to Spurs although Lewis did win the F1 driver’s championship.
