The pressure's on

To cook a Christmas pudding in the pressure cooker- 2 hours. To steam a Christmas pudding in a normal saucepan of water - 6 hours.  I have had this pressure cooker for 35 years, it gets used once a year for these puddings.  I know I can buy them for a less effort but No2 son has a nut allergy- you try finding a Christmas pudding without nuts in.

I am pretty good at nut substitutes. This pudding has pumpkin seeds instead of the almonds in the recipe.  And you should taste my soya marzipan!!!
