The Sixty Steps

Trip to Glasgow today. Initially, we planned to visit the Kelvingrove Gallery but the weather was far too nice. Instead we walked along the River Kelvin towards the botanical gardens. There were some spectacularly large giant hogweeds along the river. Had very nice lunch and took the boys to the lego shop for good behaviour (they had a good go at sorting their lego) to stock up on more bricks.

Today's picture is of the Sixty Steps which were built by Alexander "Greek" Thomson in the 1870s to provide access to the original Queen Margaret Bridge.
