Nice day for Ducks

Day 2 of the coaching course - It rained the whole day so we spent 40% of the time in the lecture room, 60% in indoor 4 lane running track - yesterday's blip. Thank goodness for the indoor facility. The blip was taken at lunchtime so you can probably imagine the state of the track by 17:00 - beginning to look more like a 400 metre swimming pool.
