This really must be the last rose of summer.....

What a surprise to see a frosty morning after all the rain recently. The blip had to be outside as it was bright and sunny, although rather chilly to stand with tripod. Decided on this little rose bud with water droplets from the frost still on it (no it wasn't the water-can trick). I wonder if the rose will come out, it is rather battered now but amazing to still be blooming when it is late November.
