We hit the gym tonight after work, I done some weights while J did some cardio. Had my important PhD protein shake when I came back into the flat, then I made a chicken salad for both of us.

This is my usual routine now for most of the week. I'm trying to build some muscle and gain some weight before the wedding. I'm too skinny - hence my blip user name!
