Shuffling the Paper Clips

Loads of staff off sick (including the school caretaker) so I pulled out of the Heads meeting to manage the slings and arrows that would head my way as a result. There were a few...
a boy throwing up on the playground, bins needing emptying, tables put out and away again for lunch, parents to see, supply teachers to set off, certificates to give out....
Busy. And then those special hanging around moments ...shuffling the paper clips.
