Video kit

Today I got an ingenious package from a colleague. I relates to a project that we are doing on e-books, and it comprises a set of equipment - audio and video camera, instructions, guerilla tripod, several recording devices, spare batteries etc - and it all fits into a shoebox. The idea is that the shoebox travels around the various centres where we want to record podcasts and vods for a companion website for the ebooks. We are hoping to streamline the process of recording so that we can add rich media resources to complement the text and learning activities... I'll keep you informed.
