Moulding at General Register House

This afternoon's meeting was with a colleague who works at General Register House. Here's one of the ceiling mouldings on the ground floor.

Oh, and I submitted the electronic version of that report to the powers that be today! (I'll be doing the hard copies on Thursday afternoon after I pick them up from my print services colleagues in the morning.)

Exercise today: morning loops in 27'53" (it felt slower), sit-ups and weights, plus half an hour or so of walking to my meeting and back.
