A Tree

It was a glorious day today, hardly a cloud in the sky and late this afternoon CCN and I went out on a mission to take a particular blip. With the images in the camera we decided to take a walk along the fire trail before heading home.

I've walked this track so many times I've lost count but today I saw this tree for the first time. I'm not sure why but it stopped us both in our tracks and I just had to take a photograph. It's just a tree.......... But we love it.
