Cutting the branch

I was photographing a snowy tree, when suddenly the branch started to tremble and
faded away. I was very surprised, looked over the balcony and saw a man sawing the branches. I went down and blipped Haile and got permission to publish the photo here as an up-to-date blip

The cause for the sawing is a renovating work outside the building, not gardening work :)
