Cranberries.

I have organised a cooking session for staff tomorrow after work. It is part of our staff wellbeing week. Hopefully it will give people the opportunity to get themselves organised for Christmas and help them to feel prepared for the festive season, rather than rushing everything at the end of a very busy term.

They will be making a couple of products from this list- spiced seasonal nuts, cranberry confit, pork walnut and Stilton sausage rolls, frangipane mince pies or sausage and walnut stuffing.
