'ELECTRICITY'

Massed choirs of Gloucestershire tonight at the Cathedral, a good night with lots of singing.
Not quite 'Massed Choirs of Gloucestershire' but 3 schools plus the Gloucester Cathedral Junior Choir.
At the beginning we were treated to the senior Gloucester Cathedral Choir singing 'The Cherry Tree Carol', incredibly good singing.

Lennon (far left) was with Barnwood CofE School singing their hearts out with 'Electricity' from 'Billy Elliott' and before that they sang Lennon and McArtney's 'With a little help from my friends', one of the few recordings that Ringo Starr sang.

At the end there was the whole lot singing 'Let it go' from 'Frozen'. A much over used song but very atmospheric with the acoustics of the Cathedral.
