Can a Dalek Swim?

Not sure if Daleks can swim, maybe this one has sunk in, what appears to be, the River Clyde (notice the detail at the top of the art work). Now that would be worrying if it could get back out!

Bit of a double vision effect here to get the whole thing, it's about 10m wide so tricky to get it all in one photo!
