Well they finallylet me out tonight, but have to have some more tests and check ups over the next few weeks - very tired at the moment as my body isn't producing enough cortisol - could get dizzy as well so it needs to be monitored - oh but it is good to be out.

Now for a cup of tea so I can scoff that gingerbread
