Edible weeds

what a busy work week this one has been: working form home means i can do twice as much as in the office
right now, i just took a well deserved break - i picked some edible weeds from the garden (and hopefully i'll get some time to cook them later)
in crete, we eat a lot of of this stuff, known as horta
