Bread for Homecoming and Thanksgiving

No, I haven't taken out dual citizenship or decided to start celebrating American festivals instead of English ones. It's just that Tony is back from hospital and all seems to be well, so I baked a loaf (pain de campagne) for a celebratory meal tonight. It will be a cold meal, as he's not allowed any hot food or drinks for the next week, so expect to see some blips of salads, etc. Very glad and relieved to have him home again.
