Bellingham Towers is the tallest building in the city -- 14 stories. Nimbus is an excellent restaurant on the top floor, with views of the city, mountains, and Bellingham Bay. Their happy hour snacks are outstanding, and very reasonably priced. It's one of our favorite restaurants.
