Christmas New Zealand style

Seems strange to us in the UK to see the BBQ having centre stage at Christmas. But, hey, where the sun shines bright, it makes total sense. Who needs roast turkey and all that when you can BBQ all sorts of delights to go with salads and other summer dishes?
