Birds and boulders

A walk down the Water of Leith today took us past herons, dippers, goosanders, and a marvellous crow who was carefully picking up and turning stones in the water, presumably searching for nibbles.

Also an informal (?) piece of art on a boulder mid-stream by Saunders St in Stockbridge.
