Lamp Shade at The Bonham.

Today we were heading up to Edinburgh for a short visit to #2 daughter (Katkatkat) As we wanted to make the most of the day we were up early and on the road by 7.15 After a short break at Annandale Water. our favourite service station we arrived mid morning.

After unloading all the things we were taking up for her and some tea and chat it was lunch time. Then we did a tour of the supermarkets, B&Q etc so much easier when you have a car.

In the evening K & G took us out for a lovely meal at The Restaurant at The Bonham. It was one of the best meals I have had in any Restaurant for a long time. While we were there I spotted this fabulous "lamp shade". I am not sure calling it a lamp shade does it justice. It hangs in the stair well and stretchers over 3 floors. I just had to blip it. The stair case is worth a blip in its own right but the light was very impressive.
