Creature of habit

I almost always help myself to a glass of sherry while I'm cooking the Sunday lunch. An old fashioned Amontillado keeps me going until Normous gets in from his Sunday morning bridge session at his golf club, exactly timed for when the roast is done.
Also on a Sunday morning I catch up with The Archers while I do the ironing (whatever is happening to The Archers? It's not what it used to be!), I phone my sister and I wind the clocks.
A creature of habit indeed!
But this is the only day of the week that has a format, the rest of the week is very ad hoc!
