Too Much Dexter?

At first glance this photo may not make sense, only when you realise does the full horror begin to manifest. Amanda has completely dismantled her teddy bear to perform some radical surgery on the poor fellow. At least that's what she says but we have been watching lots of back to back episodes of Dexter this weekend and I'm concerned it may have had an adverse effect on her.
