Love notes

I found these book marks in my desk today , they were made by the lady who helped me in the villa in Bahrain, she would recycle anything we threw away into little notes and greetings cards that she sold in aid of her local church, but rather sweetly she would pop these into any books I was reading and if I had been away travelling she always left me a love note to welcome me home . Not sure where she found the brooch
but it was a birthday present.
