Airborne at Afan

Phil gets the nod over Geoff, purely because he was further off the ground.

This is the last bit of W squared, a 44km off road route around Afan and Glyncorrwg mountain bike centres in South Wales.

Gorgeous weather and a great day out. Hard work but very satisfying.

Sorry grewstr, you made a good point and I need to be a bit less judgemental and acerbic about people I have a good deal of time for.

Geoff teaches me stuff about things I don't know about every time we go out.

We did have a bacon butty (lovely) and a cup of tea (also lovely) half way around the loop.

Back home to Mrs RB and the boys, a quick bath gate-crashed by Son #2, gorgeous shepherd's pie and some crazy microwave cooked sponge pudding.

The night is young. The boys are determined to watch Guardian's of the Galaxy. Maybe, maybe.
