In Step

So after yesterdays walking up in the Glydders a couple of the party requested no scrambling “direct” routes!!, so we settled for a gentler stroll along Harlech beach.

We ambled and chatted and amused the dogs, who amused themselves and us.

Here pictured is L and H, in step as usual and planning….
Despite their gentleness and grace and frequent laughter they are also formiblly determined women.
Just over a decade ago they took on a consultant post in Palliative Care as a job share – what they have done in terms of service design and cultural impact across organisations has been transformational. At the coal face I, less bothered day to day by service design see the impact – lives and care transformed.
